This is the couples welcome, meet and greet, and opening to the wedding schedule. It is a brief one-hour light lunch with drinks where all members of the party, family, and friends get together to meet each other as guest and members to the wedding.

Open to all Guest and Wedding Party Members, this is a social event aimed at getting everyone connected and comfortable with each other.

The main event of the wedding, beginning with the late afternoon ceremony. The Ceremony will be located as specified and where the couple exchanges vows and rings in presence of the procession and guest.

Once the ceremony completes, it will be followed by a post-wedding Reception Dinner, included are: - Cocktails: Allowing guests to mingle with drinks and appetizers while the couple takes photos. - Grand Entrance: The official introduction of the wedding party and the newlyweds into the reception space. - First Dance: The couple's first dance together as a married couple. - Reception Meal (Dinner): A plated dinner, family-style meal, or buffet where guests eat, chat, and watch the festivities. - Toasts & Speeches: By the maid of honor and best man - Special Dances (after dinner): Parent and Family dances. - Open Dancing: The DJ or band plays music for the remainder of the evening. - Cake Cutting: A ceremonial slicing of the cake, which historically signals the opening of the dessert bar. - Late-Night Snacks: Casual, bite-sized foods (brought out toward the end of the night). - Afterparty: Post Wedding time on the town afterparty by guests and part members in downtown Key West.

- Farewell Brunch: Casual morning-after event hosted for out-of-town guests before they depart. - Send-Off: Family and Guest Early departure.
